Ms. Soaika hails from four provinces in Solomon Islands: Malaita, Guadalcanal, Renbel, and Temotu.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2019, followed by a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice (PDLP) in 2020, both from the University of the South Pacific. She joined Rano & Company on 20 September 2020.

She was provisionally admitted to the Solomon Islands Bar on 29 April 2022, and attained unrestricted admission on 20 March 2023.

On 15 November 2024, Ms. Soaika was honoured to be elected Vice President of the Bar Association of Solomon Islands (commonly known as SIBA) for the 2024/2025 term. She remains dedicated to her work as a legal practitioner while also fulfilling her duties to the Bar Association.
